We plan and phase all works carefully to minimise disruption. Out-of-hours working, phased handovers, temporary partitioning and dust management are all part of our standard approach for occupied properties.
We coordinate with architects and planning consultants where planning permission or listed building consent is required. We manage the application process and ensure all conditions are met during the works.
Costs vary enormously depending on size, condition and specification. We provide a detailed cost plan after an initial site visit — before you commit to anything.

We charge either a bespoke day rate or a percentage of build cost, paid in monthly instalments. We'll recommend the best approach for your specific project at the initial consultation.
