A property investor acquired this traditional tenement flat in Wishaw for £85,000 — a dated, tired property with decades of layered décor, outdated finishes, an aged kitchen, and bathrooms that hadn't been touched in years.

The brief was clear: full refurbishment to a high specification, within a £30,000 budget, delivered in 12 weeks. Murphy PM managed the project end-to-end — contractor coordination, programme management, specification, and quality control throughout.

The result was a completely transformed flat valued at £165,000, tenanted immediately at £1,200 per month, with the investor's full capital recycled back out of the deal.
